Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She is also a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is also co-owner. Annie was the first female ever to win at the CrossFit Games two times. She was a second place finisher in the 2010 and 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter who is also a CrossFit athlete, is also a celebrity TV personality. It was her fame that made her the first female to win won two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. She is also known for having won the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was born in and brought up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and brothers. Annie was an avid sportsperson and was active from when she was a young age. In 2009 she competed in her first CrossFit game in California. Her performance was excellent in the games. Annie Thorisdottir is 31 (as at 2021). Her height is 5'7" and her weight is approximately the 67-kg mark. Annie started her CrossFit journey in 2009, in California. She was successful in her initial competitions, placing within the top 10. In the end, she failed to win any title she ended her tournament in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. For CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen she finished in seconds place and won the silver medal same year. The following year, she was a participant in another CrossFit Games and due to her dominant performance she won these games, becoming the first female to win CrossFit Games. In 2012 Annie also won in the CrossFit Games because of her remarkable performance. She was the first woman to win has won two CrossFit Games consecutively. Also, she received a trophy that was silver in 2014 and the bronze medal at CrossFit Games in 2021. Presently Annie coaches and trains for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie, who is currently a competitive athlete, has appeared in advertisements for products that are used in sports, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration, Yerbae Renaissance sidekick Periodization Transparent Laboratory Transparent Labs among others. In addition to this she has a self-titled Youtube channel that has a couple of thousands of subscribers. There, her training diet videos, family and travel vlogs are uploaded.
